In genres people declared dead. Most algorithms can't find it. This is where it gets written about.
THE WRITING
Records (new and old), live shows, and whatever else seems worth the words. The bias runs toward things that hold up over time and bands that never got their fair hearing.
No genre is off limits, but a few come up more than others (see below).
WHO'S BEHIND IT
I'm Tom. I write this from San Diego, where I've been collecting records since before that was a personality trait.
I practice guitar most days and remain genuinely bad at it, which keeps me honest about how hard the good stuff actually is.
